Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at support@nuviebrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund right away.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
